    In-Person Installation: We offer on-site installations for clinics located in select areas of Mindanao, including: Cotabato City North Cotabato South Cotabato Kidapawan City Digos City Davao City Tacurong City Koronadal City General Santos City Other nearby cities and provinces Remote Installation: For clinics located in Luzon and Visayas, we use AnyViewer Remote Desktop Software to install the EMR system remotely. This method ensures that you receive the same high-quality service regardless of location. We are proud to have successfully installed the EMR system in clinics as far as Manila, demonstrating our ability to serve clients nationwide.

    To run MyClinic System smoothly, ensure your computer meets the following minimum system requirements: For Physician Computer: Operating System: Windows 11 (recommended for optimal performance). Processor: Intel Core i5/Ryzen 5 or better. Memory (RAM): 8GB or more. Storage: At least 20GB of free disk space for installation and data storage. Display: Minimum screen resolution of Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels. Storage: 240GB Solid State Drive for System Data For Secretary Computer: Operating System: Windows 11 (recommended for optimal performance). Processor: Intel Core i3/Ryzen 3 or better. Memory (RAM): 4GB or more. Storage: At least 20GB of free disk space for installation and data storage. Display: Minimum screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

    Currently, MyClinic System is designed exclusively for Windows-based computers and does not support Android, iOS, or macOS devices. This focus ensures optimal performance and compatibility with clinic management workflows. If you're using non-Windows devices, we recommend running MyClinic System on a Windows PC or laptop to access its full features.
  • Is MyClinic System online or offline?
    MyClinic EMR System is an offline software that operates on your local computers. It does not require an internet connection to function, ensuring that you can access patient data even in areas with limited or no internet connectivity.
  • Who can use MyClinic EMR System?
    MyClinic is designed for use by Physicians and Secretary. The system allows for two concurrent users, such as a physician and a secretary, to connect and manage patient records on two separate computers within the same local network. It can also be used only by the Physician.
  • Can multiple users access the system at the same time?
    Yes, MyClinic supports multi-user access. The system allows two users (for example, a physician and Secretary) to use it simultaneously on different computers connected to the same local network. This enables seamless collaboration and data sharing between authorized users.
  • How secure is patient data in MyClinic EMR?
    Patient data in MyClinic is stored securely on your local systems. The software follows strict security protocols to ensure that sensitive medical information is only accessible to authorized users. Backup options are also available for additional protection.
  • Can MyClinic EMR be accessed from multiple devices?
    Yes, MyClinic can be installed on multiple devices within the same local network. However, it is not designed for remote access via the internet. Users must be on-site to access the system.
  • Is training required to use MyClinic EMR?
    While MyClinic is designed to be user-friendly, we recommend training for all users to ensure they can navigate the system efficiently and fully utilize its features. We offer training sessions to help you get started.
  • How do I update MyClinic EMR?

    The Encrypted Backup and Maintenance Service is a premium add-on designed to protect your clinic's data from loss due to natural calamities, fire, or stolen devices. Here's how it works: Encrypted Backup Creation: We securely create an encrypted backup of your database, ensuring that even in the event of unexpected data loss, your critical records are safe and recoverable. System and Database Optimization: As part of the service, we also conduct thorough optimization of your system and database, ensuring smooth performance and reliability. Built-In Database Health Center: MyClinic System includes a Database Health Center that monitors the health of your system. It will notify you when maintenance or backup services are required, ensuring proactive care. Service Cost and Schedule: This service is available for only ₱2,500 and can be availed every 3 to 6 months, depending on system recommendations. With this service, you can have peace of mind knowing that your clinic's data is protected and your system stays in top condition.
  • What should I do if I encounter technical issues with MyClinic EMR?
